Workmanship

MinScapes stands behind the quality of our work!
All workmanship is covered by a minimum 1 year warranty (additional coverages noted below)

Plant Material

All trees, shrubs, and perennials are covered by a one year, one time replacement warranty from the date of installation.
Failure to properly care for newly planted nursery stock voids warranty.

Hardscapes

Concrete block and stone retaining walls are covered by a 5 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. Product warranties differ by manufacturer.
Concrete paving stone patios are covered by a 5 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. Product warranties differ by manufacturer.
Natural stone patios are covered by a 5 year workmanship warranty. Joint material (excluding polymeric sand) is covered by a 1 year warranty,

Water features

All water features are covered by a 1 year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. Product warranties differ by manufacturer.
Water features warranty is contingent upon proper maintenance, start-up and winterization.

Irrigation

All newly installed irrigation systems are covered by a 1 year workmanship warranty.
All materials are covered under manufacturers warranty.
Irrigation warranty is contingent upon proper maintenance, start-up, and winterization.

Landscape Lighting

All newly installed landscape lighting systems are covered by a 1 year workmanship warranty.
Kichler brand transformers have a lifetime replacement warranty, Kichler lighting fixtures have a 5 year replacement warranty.
Product warranties exclude accidental breakage and neglect.

Warrantee Limitations and Exclusions

MinScapes offers no warranty on sod or seed installation.
MinScapes offers no warranty on poured concrete patios or patches.
Adverse weather (wind/rain/fire) and vandalism or tampering are considered acts of God. MinScapes offers no warranty against such damages.
Original payment terms must be satisfied in full prior to any warranty requests being completed.
